This is England (Handlingsåterberättelse)

The movie ”This is England” is about a boy named Shaun. He lives in a medium sized city in England year 1983. Shaun lives with his mother after his father died in the Falklands war. Shaun gets picked on by some boys in his school. He fights one of them when they made a joke about his father. When he walked home after school he meets a gang of skinheads. The leader, Woody, feel bad for Shaun and invites him to the gang. When Combo (a friend of Woody who just came out of prison) joins the gang he takes it over by expressing English nationalist views. Shaun leaves Woody and follows Combo to a meeting. The new gang harasses pakis. Milky decides to join the new gang and smokes some weed with Combo. This ends up with Combo punching Milky into coma. Milky luckily survives the attack. The film ends with Shaun trowing a english that he got from Combo into the sea.
